By the way -- despite fears (and claims) to the contrary, there WAS tailgating at Ontario Place. The lots were packed with tailgaters and, although I came in by bus, it looked pretty healthy to me. Looked like a lot of fun, despite the afternoon downpour.

As fast as it began...it was over.

Our first Buffett concert was everything and more than we expected.
Coming up from Cape Breton, NS didn't know what to expect.

The Maple Reefers deserve many kudos for such a great party weekend.

To all the great folks we met or bumped into, especially Mark and Jan rom Calgary, it was great.

Buffett is definitly the King and my lifelong dream has been fulfilled

I'll live vicariously through everyone's stories until Jimmy gets to the Midwest. :-?
He'll be there soon enough I'm sure.

That really sucks that Radio Margaritaville crashed like that. It was by far one of the better shows I've seen him do, Esp. the 2nd set. I wish I had brought my recording gear in but taking the bus from the hotel, I didn't want to chance it esp. with Radio Margaritaville normally being so great. If only I knew security would be such a breeze we even were able to sneak in margaritas in soda bottles. Helpless was amazing. I guess we can only hope for it to be a CD release.
