For the Interviewee:
What questions are just plain stupid and you hate having to keep answering?
For the Interviewer:
What questions tell you the most about the interviewee in order to make an "intelligent" decision on whether to hire or not or that tells you the most about that person?
Thanks for helping a girl out
Only ONE question....
Connie, how soon can you move to Colorado????

I don't have any suggestions on questions, but if you are to hire a receptionist, pay close attention to how he/she dresses. Remember, this person is the company's first impression. I'd be listening to the way he/she formulates answers, because it will tell you his/her likely phone mannerisms.

Oh and I forgot..... if a receptionist will be taking messages...check out his/her spelling, grammer and diction.... and especially the handwriting. Messages are no good if you cannot read them
