Heck, I've tried a $50 and a $10- and they work equally as well. So I choose the $10...It's just a simple call to that "friend in housekeeping"...

NOTE: For anyone who's new to tipping in Vegas ..it is an art form and you truly don't have to tip large amounts- you should have a pocket for singles & one for $5's, etc and tip as per value of service. With service in Vegas... all providers are alert to your every move... playing along can mean a smooth ride.

It also helps if you walk in with the owner of the club or the Director of Player Development.

I was just teasing about the amount. For those that have never been to Vegas, get ready to tip and tip frequently. It makes a huge difference on whose drink comes first and how often someone checks on you. Even if your running up a bar tab at the club, it helps to slip the waitress some cash every couple rounds.

Tipping will get you everywhere in Vegas. If you're female and wear short skirts and way high heels.... that works even better.

I once went to a drive through with a friend of mine that lives in Vegas for a coffee. She tipped the person at the window.

Not that I know of. Most of the hotels out there don't heat the pool, which is why they close at night and in the Fall/Winter.

BTW, the website shows it open from 9-5 during October. So we'll see.

No, no, no..wait up guys. There is hope ...I've been to Vegas in October almost every year now for the last 4 or 5 now- and even though it gets a little dicey some days- we've had some pretty decent experiences. It's that damn high desert- roll of the dice and all...come on "Pool time gods!!!"
