It was an awesome Concert, indeed! We went to both of the Las Vegas concerts and the Portland one as well.....I would say that the 2nd LV one was the best (But truth be told they were all awesome....!!!)
Imagine the week.....Friday the 21st, Mac in concert in a small intimate venue ....in the front row! Man can that guy play the guitar....unbelievable!!! Saturday we hung out Marg'ville and then down to the MGM were we discovered lots of spending booze ...but surprize!!!!! No food....What moron figured this one out??????? Anyway the sandwich shop in the MGM was pretty darn good though they were out of almost everything....(Duuuhhhhhh! Go figure on that one....) Anyway the concert was great! Jimmy gave us a shout out (Bering Sea Parrottheads...!) and worked the Bering Sea into one of the songs!!!!! Sunday was a lazy day by the pool witha late check out and a leisurely ride to the airport. Spent a couple of days doing work and then take the parakeets and the grandparrots to Portland.....awesome show! Fly low back to Seattle and onto a plane Friday morning.......Arrive in Las Vegas, have our fellow parrotheads pick us up and take us to the Last Man Standing party!!!! WooooHoooo!!!!!! I even ran into a high school classmate (From 25+ years ago...)....!!!!!! Hadn't seen her in all that time......Great time was had by all!!!!!! Friday late morning wake up, down to Marg'ville (not going to make the mistake of going to the MGM again....See above...) hook up with our buddies and off to the MGM for the show..... Awesome show!!!!! 2 Shout outs !!!!!! Too Cool!!!!! Hang at Marg'ville afterwards and another late wake up and hang at the pool with our buds......
Can't beat a 3-fer week!!!!!!!!
