I'm not huge on dub because it gets so repetitious afterwhile but I always enjoyed Black Uhuru's
Dub Factor record. There was also a compilation album out quite a few years ago called
Knotty Vision that had some great dubwise tunes on it.

Creem magazine also has a nice write up on some more recent dub albums here:

Various Artists Bill Laswell Presents Trojan Dub Massive: Chapter Two (Trojan)
Bill Laswell, the bassist and remixer and reinterpreter extraordinaire has long been one of the greatest practitioners of dub music around. His releases on ROIR, alone and with Jah Wobble, amazing examples of modern dub.
Now, Laswell turns his attention to the Trojan dub vault and combines his talent for dub production and his talent for reassembling previously recorded music. The result is a pair of discs that are hypnotic, thrilling and way chilled out.
Laswell takes the works of the greatest dub artists of all time—Sly and Robbie, Scientist, Agustus Pablo, King Tubby and many others— and weaves them into a trippy narcotic soundscape. The music is simple, but the feel is complex. These two discs are so deep that the music coming out of the speakers has an aroma. And that, my friends, is what liberation smells like.

I've been working on a few reggae compilations, but I think I tend to lean towards the traditional reggae sound (not even sure I'd know dub if I heard it).
I love the Toots True Love CD. Great songs to begin with, but new flavor with the guests on each song. I haven't heard Willie's reggae release.
If you can find the The Harder They Come Deluxe Edition, it has the original songs on Disc 1 and a great collection of other reggae songs from that period on disc 2.

I tend to favor the roots reggae myself, I've never really cared for the dancehall DJ style stuff. Dub is a sonic treatment that is heavy on the echo. A lot of early reggae b-sides were usually the "dub" or instrumenal versions. Not that all dub is instrumental but it gave the artists a chance to experiment.

I love that record (
True Love) as well. I know a lot of folks here are loving the new Willie album but what I've heard so far just doesn't click with me, there's just something forced about it which wasn't what I was expecting at all.

Even though I don't have the new deluxe edition, I'm familar with the original and the bonus cuts, definitely highly recommended.

If you're willing to part with the bucks, the usually reasonably priced box set
Tougher Than Tough is also well worth the investment.

Which reminds me of one of my favorite pieces from The Onion in recent years:

Desperate U.S. Colleges Weigh Emergency Bob Marley Legend Ban
BOSTON—The American Council of College Administrators (ACCA) met Monday to discuss an emergency ban on the Bob Marley greatest-hits compilation
Legend. "The situation grows more severe by the day," University of Michigan president Mary Sue Coleman told her fellow administrators. "At any given moment in Ann Arbor, it's impossible to walk down any street where there is undergraduate housing without hearing 'Get Up Stand Up' coming from five different porches." The ban would be the ACCA's first since a 1993 act restricting access to The Beastie Boys' Check Your Head.

Trojan has some great box sets. 3 discs compiled by style.
I have the Carnival and Sunshine Reggae sets. Thay have at least one Dub box, maybe 2. That would be a great place to start, I love the two I have.
