Going to see Mark tomorrow night. I've heard great reviews about his current tour, wondering if anyone else is planning on seeing him this summer.

I'm seeing his show in SD on July 24th.
I've seen each of his tours with Dire Straits and his solo works and he delivers! :D

This will be my first time seeing him. I hope I can make it there in time, I have to leave my office, walk down the hall, get on the elevator, push "1", walk through the lobby of the building, go outside and cross the street.

Great Show last night (6/30/05) at the Pines Theater in Florence MA. The Pines is a small outdoor natural amphitheather that holds no more than 2000 people and the sounds is out of this world. Everything was great but Telegraph Road was by far the highlight of the evening, just amazing. Romeo & Juliet, Done With Bonaparte, and Song For Sonny Liston I thought also stood out. Complete Setlist was:

1. Why Aye Man
2. Walk Of Life
3. What It Is
4. Sailing To Philadelphia
5. Romeo & Juliet
6. Sultans Of Swing
7. Done With Bonaparte
8. Song For Sonny Liston
9. RĂ¼diger
10. Boom, Like That
11. Speedway At Nazareth
12. Telegraph Road
ENCORES
13. Brothers In Arms
14. Money For Nothing

15. So Far Away

If you still have a chance to see him it is worth every dime you have to pay for a ticket.

I saw him at Radio City Music Hall Wednesday night. I always liked Dire Straits and I like his solo stuff that I've heard but I don't know his music like I know Buffett or Springsteen. He did some songs that I had never heard before, but it was a great show.

BTW, his bass player is Glen Worf. Isn't that the guy who played bass with Buffett on the License To Chill CD?
