Have any of you taken the "Tales of Margaitaville" trip in Key West? What do you think?]

We will be going on the tour 20 days from today...but who's counting?
I've only read good things about it.

Dusty mentioned how you and Pooh went upstairs from the Bull and Whistle and weren't seen again after last year's tour... :D

Dusty is a better storyteller, Frank is more knowledgeable. Go twice and put the stories together. :)

nope.....no luck on a convertible....and I definitely can't afford to rent one

so far we already have $700 worth of admission/tickets planned (of course, the flying boat trip to dry tortugas is half that)

Do some research beforehand, save the cash for something else like um...BEER! Take the tour yourself and take your time, no rush.
That's what I did anyway.

I'd call them and ask if the 15-year old can get into all of the bars visited on the tour. I'd guess it would be okay but best to be sure.

At the risk of coming across as too negative...I thought Frank was only a fair tour guide. From what others have described, try to get Dusty or Tim.

Have fun!!

I'll make a telephone call, thanks!

 I guess I didn't realize what the ToM entailed, I was presuming "another tour" type thing. Maybe this activity is best left for when hubby and I go back alone. :-? On the other hand, having the kids along is good incentive to behave responsibly to a certain point!
