No, I look at this pic and think . . . death.

I see lives (if it performs and is adopted by the US military) as lives being protected and saved and, yes I do see the death of bad guys.

Firearms and weapons are as responsible for crime, as pencils/pens, and paper are responsible for misspelling, bad grammar, and whatever words a person writes out.
The pens/pencils and paper do not make the words or formulate them and put them on the paper all by themselves do they?

The firearm takes no action by itself does it? It does not put ammunition into a magazine. It does not chamber a round while sitting there. It does not aim itself.Etc. It takes outside ( normally human ) influence to do so.

If we can tolerate being allowed to sue gun manufacturers for their product and how it is used.. My point becomes why not sue the manufacturer of vehicles for knowingly producing a product that most any intoxicated person can knowingly or unknowingly turn into weapon ?

If we can sue tobbaco companies, then why can't we sue the brewers and producers of alcohol? Combine alcohol and cars and that would be one BLEEPING heck of a lawsuit!
Yet how many courts would agree to such a trail?
Forget blaming the bartender...go for the money, after all, that is what is all about isn't it....not being personally responsible for whatever a person might have done....
