HELP!!! Need to score Cubs.....Badger Tickets!!!

Post by Dr.Corona »

No...I'm not looking for tickets to the zoo! :o Football season is less than 2 months away and with that the Good Doctor is lining up his 2005 College Football Roadtrip..........destination Madison Wisconsin!

Looking to score a pair of tickets to the September 24 game between the Badgers and Michigan. And while on the road I am looking for a pair of tickets to September 23 ballgame at Wrigley Field.....might as well catch a doubledip if you will.

Anyway, I would assume some of you BN'ers know a source to get my hands on the Cubs tix (Without being SCALPED bigtime!) As for the Badger tix......I would appreciate any info you can provide.

Also, if anyone has info on any pre-game/post-game must do/must see things regarding Wrigley or Camp Randall please pass along.

Ahhhh.....College Football.......Gotta love it!!! 8)

Good luck with the Badger tix for a good price - all 87,000 seats are sold out for every game. You best bet might be to hope the Badgers stink a bit this year and then you could probably get some cheap tix at the stadium. If they are good though, expect to pay big $$$. I have season tix and if I hear of some floating around, I'll let you know. For pre/post game must do/see, all you need to know is head to Regent St. Any bar (all have tents set up outside) will do. About 1 1/2 hours before game time the drums from the band make their way through the bars - nothing quite like the sound of the entire percussion section banging away inside the Regent St Retreat - can't even hear yourself think  If you have any questions PM me - I can probably answer them.

For sold-out Cubs games, your best bet is to go to the box office when it opens the day of the game. Otherwise, if you want to get them ahead of time, you pretty much have to go through a broker or Ebay.

Figures the year my hubby and I leave Mad-town, U of M comes to town! Our best friends have season tickets and always told us they'd take us when they came. If I hear of any tickets (I still have a few contacts at the U) I'll let you know.
