In it's own way as good is a plain tomato sandwich with mayo and salt. Only if the tomatoes are truly ripe and fresh.

A tomato sandwich - just bread and tomato is pretty good without all the other "stuff" :P

Can you not eat something without sauce or mayo or salt and pepper?
believe it or not I almost never use mayo. I eat tomatoes sliced and sprinkled with salt. But a tomato sandwich just needs mayo and that mushy white bread.
