I see them almost every day. Except Ann Curry, I hardly see her at all anymore.

I was out walking on 5th Avenue at lunchtime one day and saw a big crowd standing outside a clothing store. I went inside to see what the commotion was about and she was doing a personal appearance. I was speechless. She also did a book signing in the Barnes & Noble near my office. I was actually going to buy the book just so I could get her autograph and have my picture taken with her but we were busy that day and by time I got to B&N she had already left.

My only celebrity sighting is John Travolta, he lives not far from here....and some wrestlers if you consider them celebrities (ric flair, booker t)

I am not surprised to see soccer increasing in popularity with the teenage generation. A lot of people in my school love the sport.
Soccer will never be popular in my lifetime, which is surprising since f'n NASCAR is so popular. :lol:
NASCAR draws bigger crowds than any NFL, NBA, MLB game....go figure
