I am 23% White Trash.

You, my friend, have class. You are so not white trash. You are more than likely Democrat, and your place is neat, and there is a good chance you may never drink wine from a box.

because I'm classy) but because the bag that is inside is most likely
plastic & plastic breathes & the air doesn't go any good for wine.
Ever see beer in a plastic bottle? Same reason. Since these drinks
were made for our enjoyment, we might as well do our best to
get the best

Based on the questions in this quiz, I'd say:

A redneck would never have a mullet (that's for weidos and commies), a simple crewcut will do, thanks.

I don't know about rednecks preferring crewcuts these days....give a listen to Charlie Daniels "Long Haired Country Boy". I know it is an old song, but still...

BTW FWIW I do have a couple of black friends that claim to be rednecks.
Ever come down here I will be more than happy to introduce you to them and share a beer or two perhaps. I might even have them becoming parrotheads...I have played JB for them and they like the music. We go fishing and boating together and even visit each other's houses. So if you want to think I am hiding behind the line "I have ( name your your whatever race or religion or whatever)..." Your BLEEPING dead wrong.

(I suppose most liberals and left wingers, define a "redneck", as a racist or bigot, and "white trash". That is not always the case. Nor does it fit the true definition of "Redneck".) Sure rednecks can be racist , just as anyone else can be whatever they are. acists are not limited to being of any particular color or size or shape.

Rednecks are not "white trash", though the two terms often get intermingled. "White Trash is just that, and they are at the bottom of the ladder that starts in the primorial ooze.

Most "rednecks" are simply good hardworking people of what appear to be uncomplicated values/ views and needs, that work outside doing jobs such as farming, or other manual labor outside in the sun. The sun burns their neck, is where it came from originally...so being a redneck is not always a bad thing. Example, Jeff Foxworthy has made "You might be a redneck...." a profitable money maker and a name for himself.
You never know with rednecks...some just might surprise you...in a good way, and do anything they possibly can to help you when you need it.

Then again just like the Confederate Battle Flag and what it originally stood for, now being taken and used by some, as a sign of racism and hatred. They shame the memory of the people who died and lost limbs and suffered shattered dreams. I for one am damn proud of my Southern Heritage and damn proud of what that Flag represented! I AM NOT happy or proud, of what it has been done to it, by those that abuse and turn it's original meaniing into something vile!

Actually, advances in plastics research make the box wines of today a lot better than the box wines your parents drank. While they are never going to rise to the prices of a really good French or German wine, they don't do too bad for a house party in suburbia.

Shoot, I drink beer from the bottle if they bring it to me that way. Kinda hard to do that when they bring you a pint glass..

For a definition of "white trash," think of Gone With the Wind and Ellen O'Hara's desciption the Slatterly (?) family....she refers to them as "poor white trash" and would have nothing to do with them socially. See, I are a well-read Redneck

Actually Auntie, I knew this...but got something very flattering about rednecks from my dad yesterday....and didn't know whether to post it here or somewhere else....

having lived in the South all my life, I have known both...and got beat the whole way home from Hampton Park one time..NaNa's nurse for us kids....Mary...she was hitting our legs with a bush of some sort for playing with those "white trash children " and embarrassing her in front of all the other nursemaids...

Now I know it needs it's own thread......Thanks!
