how did you come to the conclusion that "the pot" needed to be stirred, much less that you were the person for that job and that your course of action in the fashion you undertook would be appreciated?

Ok then, the first one was answered in my post. Seek and you will find it. Part two, I am an individual with free will, and I don't need permission to stir the pot, and for part three, you assume too much, I never said or thought it would be appreciated. Now back to the drawing board and please come back with more thoughtful questions. If you seek understanding, you need to ask thought provoking questions. If you are seeking to humiliate, put down, or just see your words in print, well, you have accomplished part of that.

Actually, it just comes across as presumption on your part. And somehow I doubt asking you questions will lead to understanding or enlightenment. You just don't come across as having either of those qualities in quantities sufficient for you to share with others..

Unlike many animals whose numbers have followed an inverse relationship to the rise of human population, baboons have adapted to the presence of man, and their numbers have increased locally, as a result of increased food supply. Thus, the baboons that one sees on the mountain roads of south-western Saudi Arabia are no longer afraid of people but they are still part of a wild population. Their social life has been closely investigated by NCWCD biologists who showed that, unlike their African cousins, the Arabian hamadryas female baboons pair for life, remaining faithful to a single male. The males on the other hand gather together a group of females and thus form quite large family units comprising the father, several 'wives' and their offspring. Baboon numbers used to be partially controlled by their natural predators, leopard and striped hyaena but these have been hunted over many years so that they no longer provide a natural check to baboon numbers. Visitors to the baboon areas are requested to refrain from feeding the baboons. It is hoped that they will gradually adopt more natural behaviour.

Honestly FFishstick, "your thing" seems to be stirring the pot, playing games, and answering specific questions with riddles and ambiguities, which to me is disrespectful in and of itself. Talking things out could help resolve the hostility, but you don't really ever seem to make yourself clear - you just keep stirring, and laughing.

I think you're percieved as an a**hole, because that's how you enjoy being perceived and "play your cards" as such.

I think there's probably a good guy with a cool tiki bar behind your posts, but you prefer your other identity around these parts for some bizarre reason.

I do know they use to catch baboons with large kettles of rum..... they set out a large kettle filled with rum, and the baboons would drink it until they passed out, then the people went out and tied them up, put them in a cage or whatever, and ship themoff to wherever they sent them....Talk about a SERIOUSLY BAD DRUNK AND A HANGOVER!!! SHEESH!!!!

Then again this might could explain where the terrs came from, and why muslims are not suppose to drink.... hmmmmmm.... Maybe they got raped by drunk baboons or vice versa....and it might could also explain why they have their women covered up from head to toe...
