Buffett On Long Island Sunday 7/24

How lucky can we get! Parrotheads in the New York metro area, New England and anyone who can get to Long Island fast!

I just got confirmed word that Jimmy Buffett is joining the benefit for the Wounded Warrior Project at the Martha Clara Vineyard on July 24 at 4:00PM. This is an intimate, up-close & personal setting!

Tickets are $150 for VIP (preferred seating & parking, wine & dinner) and $50 for general admission.

Holly cow...im driving home from upstate out to the east end...I pass Martha Clara and see a sign out front saying" Jimmy Buffett Live tomorrow"...how sick...I run in and get 2 tickets...unbelievable!!

the odd thing is thursday i saw an add for the show... featuring joan osborne and mary wilson .. i wondered if he would show up..if we didn't take the long way home down sound avenue i would have missed it.. tix go back on sale 11a.m. tomorrow..

even if I tried to leave early, the afternoon ferries are already booked....

and the last ferry back is at 9:45. cutting it pretty close.....
