I plan to be at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando this Saturday, where UCF will try to break the nations longest current losing streak in a game against Marshall.
GO HERD!!! (only because being associated with a record for trivia purposes is pretty cool. AND because the headlines will probably be a play on, "UCF Trampled by Thundering Herd" :D)

FSU is favored to win big this weekend over Bi-week but with our struggling offense it may be closer than expected

Another weekend of some good college football. Hopefully my Gamecocks can rebound and put a lot of points on the board tonight. Just watched the Clemson vs Boston College game and another good one. Hey Cuparrot, tough loss again this week. I have to say though I was really surprised by alot of play calling done by Bowden, specially with a little over a minute left in the game and Bowden doesnt try to get in FG range. Dean is a hell of a kicker, and I am surprised they didnt try to give him a shot.

YESSSS!!!!

UCF just beat Marshall to break the nations longest Division 1 losing streak at 17 games.

Lacey and I were there, but left at the end of the third quarter with the Knights leading by 13. Final score 23-13

Feels good to finally win one!

Yeah. I agree with you there. I questioned a lot of the play calling in the game yesterday. I hope the team doesn't let 2 OT losses in a row get them down so much that they can't bounce back. I still think this can be a great year for the Tigers.

He is that good... :-?

I was certain the Boilers were going to win the Big 10... that looks pretty unlikely after this weekend. The Spartans and Buckeyes are the faves now...

I have to say that I really had to laugh at the last play of the Michigan/Wisconsin game.

I thought this was going to finally be the year Purdue started winning the close games. I shoulda known better!

Being a Purdue football fan is kinda like being a Cubs fan....
You keep hoping for (and sometimes even expecting) success, and they just break your heart again and again.

Oh well, at least I can still hope they beat Notre Dame and IU this year!

Are you an alumni? We just started watch Boilermaker football last season when my oldest enrolled as a freshman. It's been, how shall I say this ... "entertaining".

Well, as an IU grad, I hope not... but let's be realistic here... Purdue fans have nothing to complain about in comparison... Purdue's been very successful for many years and has gone to multiple bowl games.

And as a Cubs fan... nope... still no comparison!

I'm with you on this. MSU will win the Big Ten.

OSU is playing better, but I really like MSU this year. But watch out for the Badgers....

(They have the easiest schedule the rest of the way...don't have OSU or MSU, Iowa & Purdue are home games, the road schedule is light, except for Minnesota.)

The Buckeyes are coming together now and should run the table. The night game at Penn State will be tough but we have MSU here. I think this man and the rest of the Buckeye defense will have something to say on 10/15 when Drew Stanton and crew arrive in the shoe.

Just ask the Drew from Iowa who left here Saturday about the Bucks "D". I think he was a little

At Minnesota will be good and then at

Well............let's just say I'm not as concerned as I once was.... :P :P

(I looked at the game she was pointing at and thought.... LOL... thats Minnesota playing Purdue....) She musta argued with me for 10 minutes... Silly Gator!! I guess she hasnt noticed in the past 10 years we have taken to wearing gold pants... not that horrible orangey gold color....

I graduated from Purdue back in '77 (never had a winning football team my whole time at Purdue)

my oldest daughter is currently a senior at what I affectionately call "the evil empire" ie IU-Bloomington
another daughter is a freshman at IUPUI in Indy, plans to transfer up to Purdue next year.
