Camping in Indy

First time in Indy, what do you think about the camping option? Anyone ever done it? Is it just like an overnight tailgate party? Do people put up tents and stuff?

Well, I've never camped at the venue, if that's what you're asking. Accordig to their page, no alcohol is allowed, although I dont' know if that's a firm rule or a "as long as you don't get caught" rule. If you're bringing an RV go to woodalls.com and do a search. Not many tent only campgrounds but a few RV campgrounds. Has anyone here ever camped at Verizon Wireless campground?

We stayed at sleepybear last year.
LOVED IT!!!
It was like a 2 day tailgate
We had an rv, but people did pitch tents.
And then there was that really drunk kid that we found under a tarp the next morn...
