Do you have deadlines as to when you have to ship it? And are you looking for ideas only, or are you accepting donations of any sort?

I'd be happy to send you some Juicyfruit, and maybe burn a concert cd or 2... including Alpine 2002 where Tamara (president of PHindy at the time) and I shared the stage with Jimmy!! (Is she still around?)

Let me know, and a big Phins Up for your efforts!! :D
Oooo...you're good!!! Yes, Tamara's still around and leading the club.

We already have a volunteer to get and send over a new tree. (Thank you Springparrot! :D :D ) I don't know the deadline for sending stuff...I've asked the question but don't have the reply on that. The fact that the date has been pushed back to mid-Sept. will help, though.
If you think about it, tell the Margarita Princess (Tamara) that Tiki Bar says hello! :D

And to clarify, are we (springparrot, me, whomever) to send stuff to your club to go in 1 big box? Or will you provide an overseas address?
You’re still grinning, we’re still winning, nothing left to say

Let me try to clarify....

No one will be going over to Iraq for this event (that I know of). The Buffettfest is being put together by the MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) person already over there (who is a civilian and PHINdy PHC member).

I'm still trying to find out how long it takes for shipped items to arrive.

Stay tuned...and keep the good ideas coming!! :D

That's a good idea. Maybe include one of the shows from this year that began with Jake playing the National Anthem.

Jake on the National Anthem would be awesome to send over...getting a video of that would be beyond incredible (hello, Jimmy & co. ).

Can anyone send a recording of one of those shows (with Jake at the start)?

I have Pittsburgh and one of the Great Woods shows, both of them have Jake playing the National Anthem. Let me know where to send it and I'll burn a copy.

I have it here (tho the RM Great Woods Show version appears to be a bit short.)

I don't have any from this year... anyone?

I do have Chicago 9/29/01, which I think will be a good one to send.

Got it now. Thanks for setting me straight. :)

Pittsburgh has He Went To Paris, as does the 2nd Great Woods show...

I was considering sending a few new and slightly used hawaiian shirts. Does anyone have an address?

Apparently, if they don't have a Margaritaville somewhere, they send reps instead.  (I think he's referring to the tequila rep. :D )

I meant the Tequila rep. I do hope they build one in the new Victory Center downtown or a CIP.
