I had a major problem with my ankle and it seems I'm in good company
because after "a roll in the sand, with a rock-and-roll band, somewhere down Montserrat way", it is not cool to say, "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up"?

no broken bones here, no damaged joints, no torn cartilege. I think I am the statistical anomaly.

My ankles are pretty weak as well... All of it started when I was playing softballl in highschool. I used to play fast pitch and I was the pitcher. Now if the pitch is thrown hard and fast (as they all were) and the ball is hit hard and fast and it lands right on your ankle, it can do some serious damage to the muscle tissue there. Between softball and then playing Rugby in college my ankles need tons of support... I actually have to wear braces when I run marathons so that my ankles don't give out... Also, biofreeze is a godsend... If you haven't ever tried it, do! I love this stuff!!!! Helps relax the muscles and makes my ankles (and knees) feel great!!!!

No sorry, all healthy here.
Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

The BN women are not the only ones with bad ankles. I sprained my right ankle badly while running on Park Avenue in Worcester. Ouch!!!
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.
