as most of the old timers know...eggs make me gag! I don't really like anything that is "breakfast" food..other than bacon..which if put in front of me I would eat a pound of it...so I don't ever have it around!
I usually have either a protien shake if I am in a hurry...or my fav:
3 kinds of beans, wild rice, tomatoes and chicken breast...heated then topped off with cottage cheese! :D
