Let's see . . .

I generally have some combination of the above.
Coffee, for SURE. Toast or 1/2 bagel. Fruit and yogurt.

I didn't see my choice--OJ and something.....KK, toast, cookies, muffin, Little Debbie. It has to be sweet.

It depends on how I'm feeling. But I almost always have at least 1 cup of coffee and a glass of water.

Usually just a couple cups of coffee to jump start the morning.......I need to start grabbing at least a yogurt or something....but nothing sounds good in the morning......

Depends on the morning, how I'm running time wise, and how hungover I am. :pirate:

Weekends? That's when we have the bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, hashbrowns, toast, etc. :D 8)

It's always nice to start the day with a little Debbie.

Why is Mexican Breakfast not on the list.

Chorizo and eggs, scrambled with pico de gallo. Served w/ Rice and refried beans and tortillas. And here is the kicker, washed down with a shot of Chinaco Tequila. This is what I fed my lovely wife on the morning of our first "get away" together. She has been in love with me ever since.

If you ever have a hang over trust me, this breakfast will cure it. This is second only to a big bowl of Menudo, I like the flavor, but I just can't bring myself to eat tripe (cow intestines). So I will stick with Mexican Breakfast.

well if it were me cooking it I'd add potatoes to absorb some of the grease from the chorizo. I'd cook the potatoes with onions and fresh garlic. I'd omit the rice and the pico de gallo and add my homemade salsa. Instead of the shot I'd have coffee with Saboroso, oj and mimosas.

But any way you do it Mexican Breakfasts are the bomb!!

That's too much work for breakfast. All I need when I get to the office is my package of instant Quaker oatmeal and the "Hot Water" button on the coffee machine in the pantry. If I don't have oatmeal I'll go to the cafeteria and get either a bagel or a muffin.

I'm going to leave the oatmeal comments to someone else who will undoubtedly want to have a jab at Larry's advanced years . . . 8)

that's why I omitted the rice - too much work   That's a weekend breakfast. Our weekday breakfast Don makes coffee and brings me a cup. :D

Depends on if my wife is around. :) She's a teacher and she's into the whole "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" thing. So when school's out, she generally fixes breakfast for both of us in the morning (especially now that she's pregnant and really has to eat something first thing in the morning).

But I've never been a big breakfast eater and, when school's in and she has to leave before me, it's about 50/50 if I eat or not.

A full glass of water, followed by Raisin Bran and skim milk every morning within 30 minutes of getting up, or I get a sugar low. It's what gets me started!!! Also, two cups of coffee. I see a LOT of cereal eaters out there.

I don't eat much breakfast during the work week....maybe some kind of fruit bar, pop tarts, or cinnamon raisan bread. During the weekends either hashbrowns, lean pocket sausage breakfast things....and now my new excellent ham, cheese, onion and green/red pepper omellete.

I never knew how to make an omellete and I always sucked at it....then I learned from the gay man that made our breakfast at the Curry Mansion in KW.....came home and tried it....perfecto. So now I make a kick ass omellette :D
