My tech support reccommends the following options after dealing with the original Wireless System and connections
Note the original wireless doesn't work well after sunset or days with inclement or windy weather.
Go get the following:
A pair of REALY GOOD binoculars
Whatever length of wire you need to run from your puter to
where the TWO RELIABLE individuals listed below are located
with all of the following:
A couple of 5 gallon buckets or more of water
Two reliable friends ( or anyone else that is reliable)
A couple of blankets
Some wood
Alot of leaves
Will need matches or lighter...
Build a nice fire
Connect wire to computer and run out to the fire....
Add leaves to create alot of smoke
Have your two reliable individuals soak one blanket in the water
( Keep second blanket in reserve in case first blanket catches fire)
Have the two RELIABLE individuals now hold the wet blanket over the fire and then remove and repeat a few times.
If you see a few puffs of smoke....your wireless connection is now connected and working....
If you cannot interpret the language being spoken..... then go consult with the Two RELIABLE individuals in polite conversation.
(NOTE ANY ANGER OR GRUFF TONE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOURSELF OR PERMANENT LOSS OF CONNECTION!!!)
NOTE: More leaves, wood, and even a +"little water"+ ( NOTE TOO MUCH water will result in castastrophic crash resulting in a LONG cold reboot. BECAREFUL!!!) will be needed to add to the fire to maintain maximum smoke and connection speed.... also it is advisable to toss your RELIABLE workers an occasional cold beer and pizza,or cheeseburgers and maybe some chocolates, to keep them operating at peak proficiency
********WARNING********* DO NOT give too many beers or your connection will be subject to P breaks, Blanket fire, Reliable help fall into fire, or any numerous other errors, and also liable to crash at any moment.
Okies I know this really did not help, but I hope it gave you a good laugh or at least a little laugh, and took your mind off of it for a few mins...
Best of luck!!!
Sy.... feel free to use it and edit/modifyas needed if you like...should get you a few chuckles out of the the toads...
