What's the MACC? I'm hoping this is something in Maui because my wife and I just booked a trip to Maui (11/11-11/18).

The Maui Arts and Cutural Center...the most excellent venue I've ever seen....

http://www.mauiarts.org/

Some peeps I went whale watching with the morning of the show got tickets right after we got off the boat. There's not a bad seat in the house. And there's GRASS growing under your pheet!

Picture it: January 30, 2004.
1/2 moon overhead.
Trade wind gently blowing through REAL palm trees.
Orion in the sky.
Jimmy and the Reefers on a very, very small stage.
We were real close. Close enough for one of Jimmy's picks to LAND on my arm.
Doesn't get much better than that!

~Maui~ Sigh ~Maui~

Holy crap, I can picture it now! It would be an unreal dream, I'm sure. Here's hoping he firms up a return trip during November.

Yeah, I just checked too (nine times in a row, in case it was refreshed with new information while I was there).

My trip is already booked, so I've got nothing to lose but much to gain if he shows up while I'm there.

Like I said, there were people on the whale watching boat with us the morning of the show who got great tickets by calling MACC the day of the show. :D :D :D They were happy parrotheads.

DITTO!
However, I don't know if I'd WANT to go back there between April and November. Sort of defeats the purpose of going to HAWAII.
