The kids don't mind it. I don't think Tony has ever been down to see it. For Victoria, it's just normal since she was 2 1/2 (and is now almost when we got Matt. The cage for the snake is simply a fortress and if I thought for a second she could get out, there'd be no snake in the house! I don't do the feeding though, that's hubby's job. He whacks 'em on the head and tosses them in. The snake could actually munch a small bunny, but in my book bunnies are pets, rats are not. So, rats it is. 2 large ones about every 2-3 weeks.

Umm. Nope. You can buy pre-dead rats that are frozen though.
