Is this a problem with drunk four-wheel driving? drunks with guns? or some idiot actually hunting on a train track?

Personally, I've never had a problem w/ 4 wheelin' under the influence.

I kind of wonder just WHAT clueless "we mean well" group is sponsored by....

That's not a problem whatsoever. What you have there is natural selection in action.

But he does have a orange hunting vest on. I guess he thought the train would see him and move out of the way.

That's pretty common in the south, except most hunters don't have ATV's.....just beat up old cammy painted monster trucks covered in mud....and they don't wear safety vests....but being drunk and having guns is dead on
