College FSU alumni... I bleed Garnet and Gold!
But to answer the Q... I think supporting the local sports teams in your area is important. Which means I will go to the Devil Rays games.... once in a while! I spent my summers in NYC for 15 years... and went to at least 4-5 Yankees games every summer... thus a fan.
guess what game was on Sunshine yesterday? I'll give you a hint
The stadium was dubbed Bobby Bowden Field that day, where he became 0-1

Its was just a tiny little question.... so don't get your panties in a wad.... (thinking how fun it is to rile a gator )LOL But pssst he never won in Tally and YES.... the Gates had a nice win that day.
Be interesting to see how Mr Meyer plays us. Of course this year I may not want to think about it.

It always irked us that Steve couldn't win in Tally...but we had some good years..can't complain. He did have a tie in Tally though The worst choke i've ever seen
Meyer will be aggressive, I'm sure. That's the biggest concern is how aggressive our D can be....and if the offense picks up Meyer's scheme. I think he'll be ok though. FSU is on a down year as well (considering...)

Yeah... its hard to stay on top... all the Florida schools have had incredible success the past 20 years or so....
Blame Jeff Bowden...you just might still be at the top if it not for him Another bone headed year and the alumni will run him off eventually...though I heard from an "connection" that Bobby won't fire his son...kind of a package deal.
I've liked the Redskins for about 20 years. Been asked when I lived in Massachusetts why I do and my answer was that they are the ORIGINAL New England team for the NFL.
Baseball: Red Sox (and anyone playing the Yankees)
Hockey (if they are around): Bruins
Basketball: Celtics and anyone playing against the Lakers (I like the Sonics too).
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Thats pretty much the common feeling in our camp as well.... and Bobby will still be around as long as "he can get the kids" which he is one of the best at. I would like to see a new regime... but my $100 to the Boosters every year doesnt go very far...

Sorry for the hijack
don't worry, he'll get run out soon enough. He hasn't had a stellar season in quite a while. Add in all the embarassment he's had at the hands of Rix and then Sexton, I'm sure his days are numbered. Supposedly, the high dollar boosters are already aiming at St. Bobby's head. You can't say "just retired damnit" any louder than a St. Bobby stained glass window, statue, and dedicating the field after them.
