Buffett Party - Need menu suggestions

Okay, gang. I need your help. Since we couldn't get tickets for the Wrigley concerts, we decided to host our own "tailgate party" for our group of 24 and listen to the simulcast. Other than the obvious cheeseburgers, please give me your best menu ideas keeping with the Buffett theme.

We hosted a summer "Tiki" party for about 70 people in July. The above suggestions are right in line with what we had on the menu for our guests.

How about a few games? We created a Lime Toss game, like the old beanbag toss. A simple board with holes of various sizes. Each had different points depending on the size of the hole. You could shoot for a margarita, a Corona, or an open mouth. Good thing my wife has artistic talent!

We also had coconut bowling. One pin, two coconuts. Ever try to aim one of those little buggers? Great fun and lots of laughs.

Winners got to pick a prize from out grab bag of tacky stuff. More laughs!

For desert, our new favorite "Strawberry Snort Cakes."

Take fresh strawberries, hollow them out a little, fill the cavity with Tequila Rose, a shot of whipped cream on the top and enjoy!
