In hopes that this thread doesn't escalate into another useless p*** contest, I understand the reasoning behind the "cheese" posts but I'd much rather see the subject matter hashed out among all the respective parties rather than see someone try to do what they percieve to be "diffusing" the situation by resorting to such ridiculous nonsense as replying with "cheese" comments.

And my point was I haven't diffused anyone's (namely yours or PMs) anything with cheese. Y'all asked us to stop harping on the liner notes, but then it's OK to bring up bunched panties and cheese in a way to backhandedly insult?

I agree this shouldn't turn into a p*** match, Jah, but this really has GOT to be a two way street.

I agree but no one named names when it came to the "cheese" comments, by stepping forward and taking credit for it you made yourself guilty by association when you're not the only one that's made those kinds of comments in the past.

I don't recall denying my cheese input and I don't mind standing up for my cheese. I'm not guilty of anything because cheese is not a crime.

You said so yourself a few weeks ago you're making the effort and so have I...by NOT cheesing things that do not wish to be cheesed. So to have it brought up in such a way by PM in the same way others rib at his liner notes was quite offensive considering the whole peace thing we had goin' on here, and of all the things to rib at, he picked ones I primarily joke about in a thread (this one) I had not even participated in.

So, if it's OK for PM to make fun of ME I'm sure as hell gonna interject cheese where I want.

Don't see how, Buffettbride isn't the only one that's used the "cheese" tactic in the past. PM never even called her by name in his post. I don't see what's so hard to understand about that.
