I just did a virus scan. Seems I have 305,287 files... all on a 20Gb drive. How many do you have? Is that a lot or a little?

that seems to be a bit excessive. Unless you have a few games on there, etc. Have you cleaned out your cookie jar lately?

I have 63,506 on my C: drive and 1,200 on my d: drive

It really depends on what type of programs that youare running or have on the puter.

yep. something with a lot of clip art/artwork/photographic data is going to be bigger in number than just straight Windows/MS Office and some data.
