Was Anyone...
At the Millennium Show. I just got done watching the bootleg dvd I got (thanks asuwookie)
and It looked like a great, fun show to be at. Fruitcakes, Somewhere over China, The City, and Lawyers, Guns, and Money are all great tunes!
I Wanna go back down and get high by the sea there...

Yea, I was there made the trip from CT all the way out to Cali. It was a great show, but Jimmy didn't really play all that long. B/C the tix cost soo much (I won't even say what I paid), I know a lot of people were disappointed with the quickness of the show. All in all, couldn't have thought of a better way to spend the Millenium!! You can't always get what you want was my favorite song of the night.

Yep, made the trip out from ATL for the Millenium Show. I, too, was a bit disappointed with the setlist. I figured that for the occasion and the $, he would turn the clock back a bit. It really seemed like a Parrothead party with the hardcore of us there. What it really turned out to be was basically the same setlist as the summer before with a few exceptions that were mentioned.
When I got back home and recovered, I put my thoughts on the "displeasure" in an email (very polite, but honest) and sent them over to Margaritaville. Imagine my surprise when my letter showed up on Margaritaville.com. At least they read the feedback!
I will say, however, that for each "orchestra seat" you purchased you received the video and two premium tickets to a 2000 concert in the city of your choice. Can't beat 6th row in Cincinnati or 4th row in ATL!
Out.
