chances are probably pretty good you could get to meet Connalulu this weekend, if you play your cards right.

I love Amelia Island (and Connie) ! Fernandina is a very quiet little seaside town with a quaint downtown and a couple of good restuarants - I know Connie will tell you the names of the ones downtown. Oh yeah, don't forget to go to Barbara Jean's - they have the best crab cakes I have ever had! Have phun!
Lynn

And I have discovered so many more fun places with good food since then Lynn!

But Barabara Jeans is still the absolute best for the crab cakes...!!!

WOW

Nicole and I are headed that way to see Connie aka Prthd119.

There is an A1A parrothead phlocking on Sat night also.

I am sending you a PM with our cell numbers

From A1A email
Summer's over, the kids (and teachers) are back to school, and we need something to celebrate!!! How about a celebration for Parrot Heads, by Parrot Heads, and of Parrot Heads? And what better time than on Labor Day Weekend? PHINS is putting on a party on Saturday, Sept 3, at the Shartran's house, starting at 4 pm. Live entertainment will be provided by Jimmy Parrish from 6 to 10 pm. Food will be burgers, hot dogs, and fries. The cost will be $5 per person (age 10 and above) and free for age 9 and below. You are requested to RSVP to budreau2@bellsouth.net with the number of people in your party and what side dish you are bringing. Also, please bring lawn chairs if you have 'em. They have a pool, so bring swimwear and towels. Take I-295 to exit 30, Dunn Ave. Head west on Dunn Ave. approx. 1/2 mile. Turn right on V.C. Johnson Road. Go 1.2 miles to house number 12359 (They're the house after the big white fountain.)
When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.

Thanks for the invites but at 3.00 plus a gallon we decide to stay home.
Guess I'll go to Home Depot and buy a couple bags of play sand and put my toes in that for a few days. There is only one thing to do when life give you lemons....turn them into Margaritas
