What's the going rate for the Tooth Fairy?

So..Victoria had 3 teeth pulled yesterday. She earned an astronomical $10 from the tooth fairy (and a trip to Dairy Queen) for it.

For the basic lost tooth I think she's snagged up to $5. Others have been at least $1.

What's the going rate for everyone else?

5 - 10 was what the neice and nephew got......

I remember getting nickels and dimes.....

The tooth fairy at our house is a total babe with a great rack!!

I got quarters and a buck sometimes if it was a big one.

Our Tooth Fairy totally S*CKED. She would leave the teeth under the pillow for days at a time.....seems she had some memory problems. Poor Caitlin would finally have to tape her tooth (in a baggie) to her bedroom door so the stupid cow would see them.......by then, the Tooth Fairy felt pretty guilty so she would usually come up with some pretty good bank.
Those days are behind us now.......hope that stupid fairy got fired.

I don't think so......it was the one "childhood fantasy" that I felt stupid playing in to....but like I said before, I sucked at it.

Oh gosh Paige!! You're hysterical!!

The tooth fairy at our house is usually scrambling in the morning to slip it under the pillow before the kid wakes up.

I'm there with ya. Victoria actually lost teeth on Easter Eve so the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy both had to show.

She set up a tea party for them.

I think the only thing you would have to worry about it is when the tooth fairy goes to visit their friends.

However, the Easter Bunny never came to our house and I turned out....

On second thought, the tooth fairy may want to stop by.

TF has been to our house three of the last four nights. Dollar a holler. The final tooth for my oldest got two bucks. Seriously anything more than that is kind of silly
