1st tooth ever = $5

All others after that, 1 golden dollar! Only the tooth fairy has those, Mom and Dad only have paper dollars! Thus, they are special!

She had some cavities that were capped a few years ago and the permanent teeth were growing on the outside of the gums instead of up...and not pushing the baby teeth out. So, they got yanked. She's a trooper, though and did GREAT!

Thanks for askin'.

I had to have teeth pulled once... I gave the dentist sooooo much hell..... I came away with something like twenty bucks though (and of course, a happy meal). 8)

...course everything after that was like, $1.

Fitting thread since my five year old son just lost his first tooth last night. He got three bucks. He would have gotten more except the tooth fairy only had three bucks in his wallet at the time.
I told him about the tooth fairy and he went straight to his room at 6:30, put the tooth under his pillow, and went to bed.

We give our son a dollar or a coin of some sort, but the main thing we give him is a collectable item. We chose to give him die-cast knights. (We have the castle to give him eventually.) But there are unlimited ideas you could come up with.

Oh - and he puts his tooth on his nightstand rather than under his pillow. We told him it's easier for the tooth fairy to find. :D
