I wouldn't be so quick to agree with that. I will agree that they are some of the ugliest unis. Not to be overlooked: any team in purple, the old bucs unis, the Astros uni's circa 1980's, (still thinking)...........
I loved the orange creamsicles.......
I truely think that before hiring people, they should be tested for colorblindness.

IMHO ... I think he's nuts ... BUT ... unlike those two guys, he has received medical clearance from all the physcians involved, not simply one he shopped around to find.

UNLIKE those guys, he had a STROKE caused by a HOLE IN HIS HEART only 8 months ago!
Do you think Belichek would even allow this if they weren't 3-3?

Which was REPAIRED. The assumption being that because the root cause of the stroke was found and rectified he is in no more danger of another one than anyone else is of a first one. (LOOK, I am not saying I am buying into this ... just reporting what the rationale is)
And I think Belichick would want a healthy Bruschi back even if they were 6-0 ... while he wouldn't want an UNhealthy one at 0-6, JMHO.

question for directv subscribers.......... i know they moved the Dolphin game to tomorrow night due to weather.Which i understand.......but why isn't directv showing the game on the NFL package????? NFL network is going to show it Sunday time tbd.....now the purpose of the NFL package is to get all the games...excepy local blackouts. The games are going to be shown in each local market though since the blackout was lifted!!

Because DirectTV sucks.. I wish you would all get together and cancel their crap so they'd go bankrupt and we could get the NFL package on digital cable...

I don't know that answer, Tom. I'll see if I can find out anything tomorrow. Probably something contractually...
When the Dolphins played the Titans in Week 1, they showed the game on tape-delay the next day, but last season when the Steelers played Miami at night, the game was live, perhaps Directv is contracted only for Sundays?
The game is only on regionally, in Miami and KC markets, I would bet CBS is scrambling to get this thing together. People were calling here tonight to ask why we weren't carrying the game, nothing that we can control, obviously. I do think that with all the $$$ we pay for Sunday ticket, the game should be on tomorrow night in the 700's.

I think that's why it's called the "NFL Sunday Ticket". Seriously.. there's more to it than DIRECTV just flipping a switch to allow subscribers to be able to see it.

My reason for The SundayTicket is to see my team play. Penny if you do find the answer i would be curious. If it's contractual...wouldn't directv and the sponsors be losing money for not showing the game?

From something I just heard on the morning news - the NFL isn't broadcasting it because they don't want it to interfere with High School football games.
(Oct. 21, 2005) -- NFL Network will offer a delayed national telecast of the Kansas City Chiefs-Miami Dolphins this Sunday, Oct. 23, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
The game will be played this evening at Dolphins Stadium after it was rescheduled due to Hurricane Wilma.
NFL Network's re-air will feature the original CBS broadcast version, including the announcing team of Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker, plus the CBS graphics. NFL Network will use its own ticker to provide updated information from the Sunday slate of NFL games and produce its own halftime inserts.
Rich Eisen will host the halftime show for NFL Network.
Subscribers of DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket can view the game in what was its normally scheduled window at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday on Channel 706. Plus, all DirecTV customers receive NFL Network on Channel 212 and can see this game at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday.
NFL Network is available to more than 70 million homes in the United States, with its current subscribe base at 40 million households throughout North America.
