What is the nearist hotel to the Rose Garden, I only live less then a hour way but I want something within walking distance so I can crawl back, lol, I gotta sneekin a bunch of booze.

there are several within walking distance. I did a search on hotels.com. We're staying at the LaQuinta and it's like .31 miles from the Rose center. At hotels.com you can do a search for hotels near the Rose center.

I GOT MY TICKETS!!!

And I have to share how I got them... I am training for the upcoming Portland Marathon and my training group had a 21 mile benchmark run at 6:00 a.m. starting and ending at the Rose Garden... my goal was to keep running and finish so I could get my tickets.

Well, 21 miles later, I kept running through the finish line up the plaza steps, around the fountain, up a few more steps, sharp left -- right to the ticket office -- threw down my Visa and got my tickets. It was such a great reward for me! I've never done ANYTHING like that before and I know Jimmy helped motivate me!!!

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone at the pre-party!!!

I just drove by, there is an Econ Lodge directly across the street.

We're at the Shilo Inn...Rose Garden.......it's s'posed to be within stumblin' distance as well.....

Yeah...I got 7 together in the the first off floor section in stage right. Taking Me and deb, Deb's mom and dad and the 3 keets! They haven't seen Jimmy since the last Rose Garden show......

Where is everyone staying for the show. I went to the show in 02 in Portland & as mentioned tailgating was a bummer. Is there a hotel that the majority of people are agreeing on . I have only been there a few time & unfamiliar with the area. All help is appreciated. We need to get a real party going for this.

The local PHC will be doing something most likely at the Double Tree.....it sounds like people are staying in lotsa different places but the party is going to be wherever Key NW ends up!

you are right....we did it up right with a Pool party at the Twin Palms (Double Tree) right next to lloyd Center...and I am sure we will be doing it up bigger and better this year.....as an active member in the club I will do my best to pass along all the info you will need to find the biggest Buffett Bash Preconcert party there will be.....also.....This comming weekend we are celebrating our 10th Anniversary as a club.....its going to be a no stop bash from Friday till sunday....

Try calling information and ask for the "Double Tree at Lloyd Center" that is what it really is...

Thank I got the ph# for the Double Tree. They said they are within walking distance to the Rose Garden & it is 148.00 a night. When they had me on forget (hold) I heard them advertise a Mexican Bar on the there message systen. That sounds like a great place for PH's to meet. If anyone is interested the phone # is 503281 6111 for reservations.

I dont think thats a good idea.....cause if you are not at the Twin Palms (double tree) then you will miss the party of your life.....we are in for having the preconcert party there again this year.......

HI!! I haven't written in a billion years.... I was too busy freeing Mac CD's!! Regardless, I am going and can HOUSE/HOST (??) or drive up from Albany/Salem in my super cool 1978 VW Tropical Party Van!!! Sierra and Jonathan are coming with me. My VW can sleep some if we run out of rooms.... BUT, again, where is the majority staying... ?????

does anyone know if ticketmaster is holding back tickets and will open them up for sale a week beforehand, like they have done in the past???
