That sounds like a winner to me. 
To answer the thread, anytime in Chicago is worth it and add 2 great Jimmy Buffett shows and how can it NOT be worth it, Chicago is great, Jimmy is Great add them together and you get a PRICELESS WEEKEND IN A GREAT CITY! Whatever it cost , was a bargain!
