How many square feet we talkin'? What's the job market like? What do you know about the schools in the area?
School is supposedly best in the county, square feet is 2500+ (not sure what their model is exactly), job market is actually pretty good in our area right now because there are a lot of retail and industrial businesses moving into the surrounding areas. Gas and groceries are the cheapest in the general area, and so are the utilities, and the autumn is absolutely beautiful because there's plenty of mountain like scenery around ;)

Am I persuading you yet?
oh. my. god. yes.

Ok, ok - some idiots think gay people cause hurricanes. Happy?

downside of PA

booze can only be bought in state owned stores. no sales on sunday except for case beer and that's brand new....

I'd feel bad for you, but I have no soul.....

Close. You can buy booze on Sundays now too. They started that on Super Bowl Sunday this year, and that change pretty much precipitated the allowance of Sunday beer sales.

Oh, and you could always by beer by the quart, 6-pack, or 12-pack on a Sunday...or at least as far back as I've been buying beer (or having it bought for me).

I live in a country where gay marriage is legal, but you won't see me ducking and hiding . . . from hurricanes or any other natural disaster. :D

interesting... there was an article in the sunday paper about beer sales on sunday in the philly area and how people were complaining about case only sales, and wanting to go to 12, 18, 24 pack sales.

I'd feel bad for you, but I have no soul.....

I think the complaint was that the distributors could only sell 24-pack cases and larger. For 12 packs, you need to go to a bar or "quart store" that can sell singles, quarts, 6-packs, and 12-packs. It's a messed up system, to say the least.

We have them in Nova Scotia in a few locations!

But, what if you're gay and you buy beer on Sunday at a drive-thru? Will it IMPLODE? :o
