Pilots – or anyone else! Help me find this Buffett item!

My brother-in-law is a pilot and was fortunate enough to run into some of Jimmy’s pilots a few weeks ago in California. He said they were extremely nice and they chatted for quite awhile.
He said they had on Margaritaville t-shirts with an approach plate on the back. He’d really like to have one as would I. If anyone knows where I might be able to obtain two, I would greatly appreciate the information. Thanks!
