Remember folks...too many keys and other items on a keyring over time can kill your ignition switch from the hanging mass and it constantly swinging. If you have a ton of keys your best bet is to keep an exclusive car "fob" and keep those heavy doodads off your key chain.
That is all
That is all
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz & i'm fine

My jeep is so old that you don't need a key for the ignition, just something to turn the switch!Lastplaneout wrote:Remember folks...too many keys and other items on a keyring over time can kill your ignition switch from the hanging mass and it constantly swinging. The more keys you have, the less important you are
i have always had a dislike for people that have a 3 or 4 inch key ring and a chain attached to it and their pants. Whats up with that?

It also can make a key weak and break in the ignition...

I have a keychain that separates....my basic chain has:
Main:
Car & alarm
Home keys (2)
Mailbox key
It has several attachments...I take along what I need that day.
One has:
Friend's houses (for house-sitting duties)
Storage Locker key
Pool house key
Another has:
In-Laws house
Wife's Car & alarm
In-laws house
luggage key
some key I don't recognize anymore
Then there are my work keys:
It has 7 keys...I won't go into detail.
