The 31st season of Austin City Limits starts on Oct 8th. Here is the early schedule:
October 8
Jack Johnson followed by Rilo Kiley

October 15
Alison Krauss and Union Station followed by Kathleen Edwards

October 22
Etta James

October 29
Ben Folds followed by Ray LaMontagne

November 5
The Killers followed by Spoon

November 12
John Prine followed by Amos Lee

Prior to 10/8 they will be showing repeats. Jackson Browne is this week followed by Los Lobos/Ratdog, Beck, Sheryl Crow

Not sure if you have heard of these three but I would highly recommend Kathleen Edwards, Ray LaMontagne, and Amos Lee. Three of the best young singer/songwriters out there.

Ryan Adams and Cardinals and Tift Merritt just taped an episode that will air on January 21st, 2006. Ryan will also be on Letterman soon (Nov. 4) performing "Come Pick Me Up" from his album Heartbreaker (it also makes an appearance on the soundtrack to Elizabethtown).
