Eh...most threads are "make fun of Ann" threads....

It's almost as easy as making fun of me.

I can think of at least 5 things I'd like to do to Ann rather than make fun of her.

So are you saying that you're easy?

What a long, strange iTrip this thread has been.

Do you have a tape player in your car?
If so, you'll get a better sound from one of these:
Not to mention they are considerably less expensive.
Yeah... but I'm more picky about having a bunch of wires all over the place than sound quality. If I can hear the songs, then I'm fine.

$8 versus $30... I could handle one more wire.

Is Ann alright?
All I heard was just that she tripped, and triggered a car accident?

I have the iTrip and so far have no complaints about it
A lot might depend on where you live and how congested the radio is

Ann-I actually bought both and have used them on two recent trips to Iowa (one of which I am on). Started with the Itrip and it was fine until I got to the Quad Cities when I got a radio station very clearly on the frequency I was using. I switched to the cassette one and used it the remainder of that trip and this one and it had worked great, with no problems.
Also, if you got the wireless itrip (which I was encouraged to get), I was also encouraged to get a charger to use in the car.

I think its a monster one... anyways.. it worked great in the beginning but the wire has gotten a short so I have resorted to buying an adaptor for by cd player that allows me to connect my ipod and use my stereo controls to work it.
Hey crzy, this is the first I've heard of such an adaptor. I tried the Monster FM transmitter as well and was not pleased at all. Do you have a link or brandname?
iuparrothead, here is a link to the automobile products that Apple recommends:
http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/W ... 1.0?25,103
If you click on the different products, you can read many unbiased customer reviews to help you decide. I tried the Monster iCarplay and was not at all happy with it. I've tried two or three radio transmitting devices in my time and have never found one that works really well. So, instead of wasting money on different options that don't work, I'm saving my bucks for a new head unit, with an iPod plug, for my car.
