have the chance.

Some of you are aware that I have been writing and recording to get my feet wet in this Trop Rock biz. I have been writing with my friend Nashville songwriter Mike Schultz for a couple of years and just thought actually recording the music would be a dream. Well it's coming to life thanks to friends of mine from a band called "Captain Quint"...long story, but they feel that the songs need to heard and I thank them for that and the use of their studio "The Orca" Kevin in the man.
I have 2 songs posted up on myspace and would like to share them. One is called "Life on the Gulf" and evey year when I go to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores I get inspired the place is a second home to me. It's got more of a commercial feel to it so beware to the guys who like I do love JB's old stuff. The second is a song called "Me and My Boat" and it's about you guessed it the love for sailing.

I hope you like what you hear. The cd should be completed by mid Nov. and it's going to have something for everyone a little bit of JB's old style to his new stuff...(that's all I know to compare it to)
