As an ex commercial fisherman and wife of a commercial fisherman, I picked the obvious
ewwww I HATE fish, of any kind cooked any way...YUCK!
I have seen my hubby cut a tilefish up right after we caught it and eat it raw as the rest of the fish is still wiggling...although he usually fries it in olive oil with garlic pepper. His favorite is scallops which he makes in the poven wrapped in bacon!
Eat seafood? Use bait? Thank a commercial fisherman.
