Actually, I prefer my fish when sitting in a little place in the Keys...... then it can be any way they want to fix it.

I like it sushi, baked, fried, broiled, grilled

Bottom line is I LIKE FISH

my favorite way at home is to wrap in in aluminum foil with a lot of butter, garlic, onions and any other seasoning like (lemon pepper, Tony Chachari's Creole seasoning, etc)
When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.
