all of the above , except frozen.......fried once in a while......had fried clams today.....i like sushi...... no eel or any exotic fishes.

Yeah...well, y'all and R2 and Candy..come up here...Fernandina Beach..First place offshore shrimping was done....
we'll have seafood so fresh it was swimming a few hours before...
and LOTS of salt..
