That woman who hit Earl in the face with her bible, I think that was the actress who played Mrs. Willingham (I think that was the name) who was the secretary on the West Wing.
You are aaaaaabsolutely correct! I like her alot. West Wing is one of my fave shows.
When does the season start? Have seen no ads for it.
Are you talking about the season of Earl or West Wing? This was Earl's 2nd episode of the season on Tuesday. This past Sunday was the season premiere of the West Wing. Both look like great seasons at least starting off they are!
Damn I missed the season premiere for the west wing.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Just a reminder to those of you who missed the first couple of episodes that Earl is on tomorrow night. Set your VCR's if you're not going to be home. You will enjoy it!

I will probably be watching playoff baseball, but I might flip back and forth.

Baseball? Why on earth would you want to do that? Earl is so much more important. Oh.....wait......that Chicago team is playing isn't it? :)

That game is at 4 PM. No one in New York will be watching Earl though, the Yankees play at 8 PM.

The Office is one of the funniest shows? Maybe I'm missing something but I've watched it a couple of times and I just don't see the humor in it. Now Earl, is hilarious. But the office, I'll have to disagree with that one. Just my $.02.

Let's see..... hmmmm... I had a choice of watching a bunch of overpaid dudes on steroids, try to beat up on a ball with a bat,....that some people call "PROFESSIONAL" athletes.....or watch some REAL Professional actor that makes for a very entertaining sitcom vs the so called baseball game of the much over rated, spoiled, and overpaid and over medicated, alleged "professional athletes... gee why not watch tv wrestling instead???

Love baseball?? Watch little league or highschool games. At least you see REAL players.....with REAL heart... though the minors can be recommended as well. Much more enjoyable and more cost effective.

Everyone has a choice.....like it or indifferent or whatever....the choice is theirs...

I really dig the office. It's really dry humor. Plus, I was a fan of the BBC version and I think Steve Carrell is absolutely hilarious (and underused on SNL last week)

As for Earl, the electric fence? How great was that?

If it were any other team playing, I would've had a tough decision, but I am so tired of the Yankees and Boston being crammed down my throat, I didn't miss that game, one bit.

Today's show was not as good as the first two, but the electic fence was funny. I saw such promise in the first two.... I will keep watching. If nothing else, it's a good reminder about Karma.

Even if last night's episode wasn't as great as the first two, I think it's still head and shoulders above a lot of the other schlock that's on network television (Joey, Two and a Half Men, etc.)
