According to the Personal Hygiene International Numerical Scale (PHINS), where 1 is Blue Balls and 10 is Roasted Nuts, I prefer a 7. This would be considered a "PHINS up" setting. If accompanied by the proper person, water isn't even necessary to achieve a 10 - this is classified as "PHINS WAY UP". However, on some occasions when the night before has rudely become the morning after, a setting of 2 or 3 is needed to achieve a sufficient level of consciousness. This may be followed by a gradual increase in temperature until enough blood has re-entered the alcohol system.

Depends on the time of year.

In the summer, I like cold showers!

In the winter, I like it hot!!!

Too hot is really bad for the skin . . . dries out the natural oils and moisture too much. I like my showers very warm.

Me too! I have actually had to get out of the shower and sit down because I thought I was going to pass out!
