What was with all the lite beers and the mexican rat urine?... You had no REAL "Bud" listed.... Other than Guinness and Sam Adams, it was as RR said...all canoe sex beer..... lite beer sux worse than a hoover vacuum cleaner with braces. YUCK !!!!
One might as well drink water !

Budweiser is making alot of headway into the market in Ireland for some reason...,anyone that likes beer goto www.realbeer.com ...you can find out about alot of microwbrews and many others.... Very informative and worthy news site for beer drinkers.....They have archived more about beer than probably, any single other source I have seen.

Pyramid, Full Sail, Rogue, even Bert Grant's and stuff from Ballard. And isn't Flying Dog from out west too? (They use the same illustrator for the labels as HST used for the Fear and Loathing books)

Abita Purple Haze.
Oh gosh it's made near New Orleans.
I'd better go buy up all the stock in every liquor store around here.

Second choice: Miller Lite, because it doesn't give me a headache.

Third choice: Corona Light

Fourth choice: any rasberry wheat beer....HEY! I'm a girly girl, give me a break. 8)

There are three reasons Bud has made headway in Ireland. First, they've spent a ton of money on marketing their beer. Second, given the lower a/c of Bud vs. Guiness, Harp, etc. it is less fatten and therefore more appealing to women and to those who are more worried about appearance then taste. The third is the appeal of drinking something foreign.

Yeah... its just like Fosters. There is a market for it in the US but, if you go "Down Under" they will tell you that they don't drink that s*^t.

They like their VB :)
