Do you tattoo?

Once upon a time, tattoos were limited to drunken sailors, prison inmates, bikers and sideshow freaks (not necessarily in that order). Now they're as mainstream as minivans and McDonalds.
So, inquiring minds want to know:
Got any tats? If so, how many?
What are they and where are they? (be specific and include pictures if they're somewhere good!)

Can't stand "body art".
Tattoos and piercings, to me, just look stoopid.

3... don't have any pictures, yes there will be more.
1. A purple rose on my left hip that says "Wild Thing"
2. A scorpio glyph "m" on my lower back, just above my butt crack. Looks kinda like this:
3. A kitty sitting on a crescent moon on the back of my neck.

One, but I've been telling myself I was going to get another one
(since 1998).
The fiancee is not a big fan of me getting more though.

NOPE! For all the reasons stated:
Dont need to be 80 and have a saggy rose.... yuk!
Am a wuss for pain
I have no reason to think the tat today will be something I will enjoy tomorrow
Nothing personal my inked friends.... I think it looks "cheap" on men or woman....

Ha, I'm already saggy and wrinkled so it doesn't matter!
I started with a partying parrot (with a Margarita glass for a hat) on my upper left arm - he was a replica of one from a M-ville tshirt and was affectionately named "Bubba".
That was followed by a winged skull on my upper right arm.
Then, Bubba got lonely so some scenery got added - a palm tree, beach, seashells, water and a shark fin.
But there was still some room on that arm so in an inspired moment I stopped by the friendly neighborhood tattoo parlor and had an exploding volcano added to mix.
Still a few empty spots there - maybe for that lost shaker of salt and some tiki heads....

You can't insult me, I'm too ignorant!
BTW - I prefer to be called "inexpensive" rather than "cheap".

Hah, I've been called much worse.
Besides, one person's tacky is another person's Joan Rivers jewelry collection. I think it's kind of interesting that even though it's become more acceptable, the subject still prompts some pretty intense reactions. It seems to be kind of a love 'em or hate 'em thing - what I've heard is generally "Hey, that's cool!" or "Ewwwwww".

a parrothead calling someone tacky?
I got one on my left forearm in plain view and sometimes I forget it's there.
Planning on another with a La Vie Dansante theme.
Some people told me not to because people would judge you as being a low life but I'm like..Hello! I was a low life before the tat...
I've had a pierced left ear for years but sorry ladies..no Prince Albert
