Corrected Vision?

I want contacts.

Contacts didn't correct my vision enuff - I still would need to wear glasses - so why bother? (due to astigmtism)

I've had horrid vision since as far back as I can remember, but I managed to hide it from everyone until 7th grade. Hey, I already had braces, I didn't want glasses too! When I got my first pair of glasses I finally realized how close the mountains were to my house...my mom almost passed out when I said that.

Got contacts in high school, went back to glasses for a bit in college but that didn't last too long. I was like CS, the doc said I would need reading glasses almost immediately since my contacts were so strong. Wrong! I have excellent near vision. Hit 40 in June and things are still fine.

I have contacts you can sleep in, but I don't. I value my eyesight too much, and sleeping in contacts in hell on your eyes.

Funny thing...my left eye keeps improving, my right goes back and forth between two very similar prescriptions.
