A friend and I were arguing which song would be great for Jimmy to cover. I supposse he could cover both songs, to make us both happy. but just for the heck of it Which song would you like him to cover more than the other one?

...neither...I think Buffett should cover "Late in the Evening" by Paul Simon. That song would rock with the CRB in the background.

None of the above, but if I had to choose, I think Dock of the Bay would be the better of the two.

hahah funny you say that. I used to be a huge gnr fan and i sometimes do think about what it would be like to have jimmy and axl up on the same stage

If I have to choose - I pick "Dock of the Bay"-its a good song- He could make it work-

Didn't Jimmy do Dock of the Bay at a concert once....? for some reason I think I remember that.....

Of course the radio stations that play Dock here on the other west coast... have the version that allows Otis to sit on the dock at Tampa Bay.... I'd take either one...either way its a Buffett mindset!!
